How to find out your frame size
To find your frame size we will need your temple measurement, lens height and bridge gap, these can all be found relatively easily.
You will need:
- Your Glasses
- Somewhere to note the measurements down
All measurements should be found on the left arm of your glasses, this will include lens width, bridge width and arm length as shown below.
The arm length is usually within the hundreds for adult glasses, it measures the length of the glasses arms. Lens width is usually 40-60 on the measurement scale and finally bridge width is only ever in the tens.
As you can see below different glasses sometimes have different layouts of the measurements.
However they always follow that simple pattern.
This should give you the measurements you need to be able to pick out your perfect pair of spectacles.
