    Frequently asked questions related to returns and exchanges are given below, if you have other questions, please just send it to wecare@framesfoundry.co.uk

    If your prescription lenses are not correct, we will replace them completely free of charge as long as you return them to us within 14 days of the original despatch date.  Frames are not covered under the lens guarantee.

    Follow these steps to send us your glasses:

    Step 1 - Call us at 0118 4028929 or email us at wecare@framesfoundry.co.uk to obtain the returns authorisation form along with free shipping label.

    Step 2 - Read the FAQ about returning an item from within or outside UK

    Note:

    1. Your return will not be processed without the return authorisation form.
           2. Do not try and fix the lenses yourself or else our lens guarantee will be void.                      Glasses must be returned to us in the same condition as received.

    The following conditions need to be fulfilled in order to successfully process your return or exchange:

    1. You will need to let us know within 7 days after the item has been despatched
    2. The item needs to reach us within 14 days of the original despatch date
    3. A return authorisation form has been obtained from Frames Foundry
    4. All items are returned in their original condition along with all accessories
    5. You were not advised when you purchased (by our opticians or by information on the website) that your original order was inappropriate for your needs

    If you are returning an item from within UK, please follow these 4 easy steps:

    Step 1 - Obtain your return number

    To obtain your return number, please call us at 0118 4028929 or email us at wecare@framesfoundry.co.uk briefly explaining why you are returning the item.  We will send you a returns authorisation form along with your return number.

    Note: Your return will not be processed without the return authorisation form.

    Step 2 - Check your return package checklist

    • Item being returned
    • Case
    • Cloth
    • Return authorisation form

    Step 3 - Write your return number on the package

    Write your return number on the outside of the package.  Your return cannot be processed without this return number.

    Step 4 - Mail the package to us

    We highly recommend buying insurance for your package in the unlikely event that the courier or postal services loses your package.  We will not be held accountable for lost packages.
